Ordering Information and Details

Please read this section for details on how to order from us at Hot Laps Dirt Track Racing. We prefer that you use our shopping cart system integrated into our website to place your order. Most of our items are now able to be ordered this way. If you do not see an item not able to be added to the cart then you can use the order form provided below. Ordering details are listed here as well.

NOTICE: We will be on vacation from July 26 to August 10 and September 5 to 14. If you place an order while we are away, we'll will get to it as soon as we return from vacation.

NOTE: Most of the products offered for sale are not mass produced. Each order is made as they are received by one person to insure the best quality possible. Remember that because these are hand-made custom items that orders will take longer than ordering from a place that has a huge warehouse stocked with mass produced items. Orders will take at least two to four weeks time for processing and will ship once your items are ready. You agree to these terms by checking the box when ordering. If the box is not checked, we reserve the right to refuse your order.

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT: We cannot process your order without payment either via PayPal using your account there or by sending us a check or money order for the items. You can email us at marair23@msn.com to confirm your order before payment but remember WITHOUT PAYMENT, we will not and cannot process your order. You will not get the items without us receiving payment first.

SHIPPING TIMES: Most products we sell are custom made items so orders may take at least two to four weeks time for processing and will ship once your items are ready. For the months of August through December, orders may take from six to eight weeks to be completed.

SHIPPING COST: Standard Shipping is around $6.00 to $8.00 within the USA. International orders outside of the USA will cost at least $20.00

USING THE SHOPPING CART TO ORDER: Choose Add to Cart to place that item in your shopping cart, you will be able to change the quantity later. When finished ordering, you can then View Your Cart and check out.

If the item you are interested in does not have a Buy Now or Add to Cart item with it then please fill in the following online order form with the items you are interested in and press the submit button when finished. This will send your order to us and we will let you know the total due so you can send a check or money order as payment.

Payment is in the form of a check or money order made payable to Dana Marsden or free online payments via PayPal. Remember to go to www.paypal.com for further information on getting an account there with them so you can pay online using your credit card or PayPal account. NOTE: Our PayPal Payment address is marair23@msn.com

Email us at marair23@msn.com with any questions. When sending payment, you can either print out the confirmation email with your order details, print out the page from your shopping cart listing, or print out this page from your web browser and fill in the info by hand.

Some items might be out-of-stock, we will confirm your order via email before you send your payment. Please expect delays during the holidays and vacations.

Orders may take from 2 to 4 weeks for us to fill depending on what items you order before they are able to be shipped. During the months of August through December, orders may take anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks to be filled.
